This
is a lovely red wine from Cowhorn a biodynamic vineyard in the Applegate
Valley. It's a nice garnet colored clear
wine the nose has strawberry, black cherry, touches of chocolate and touches of
mint. The mouth feel is medium to full
with a fruit forward of black cherry.
There is a great balance between acid and sweetness of the wine. A very soft tannic finish makes this another
great Grenache from Cowhorn.
