This Applegate Valley Cabernet is a gorgeous dark ruby, with
a nose of burnt caramel, floral, white pepper and black fruit. The mouth feel is medium to full with a
wonderful sweet fruit, lovely tart middle that is every distinct. The finish is a firm yet lovely tannin. A wonderful cab franc to be enjoyed now or
over the next five years. This one is going on the buyers guide.
