The
Patz & Hall Pinot Noir is light cranberry colored slightly opaque wine with
a nose of raspberry, esters, turned earth and charcoal . The palate is light to medium with a sweet
fruit and complex middle with almost no tannin.
This was excellent with the light bite of inside/out fish tacos at 38
Central last night.
