Once in awhile the OWG crew finds a rare gem put away in a wine shop this bottle was in Grants Pass and we had it with lunch today. A very deep dark red wine with a layered nose of bacon,
black olives, floral, sun dried tomatoes, and herb garden. This wine requires many sniffs to find all of
nuances of its nose. It has a soft fruit with flavor of dark fruit, sweetness,
tartness and spicy through the mid palate.
A soft tannic finish which lingers and lingers will make you remember this
wine. Take your time with this wine is
deserves it.
