This is very young wine only 3 months in the bottle so it is
subject to change. The color is a dark
cherry, with a nose of peppercorn, clove, dark berries, sea salt and various
esters. The palate shows a medium bodied
wine, the fruit is sweet yet soft, a nice layered acidic middle the tannin is
very subtle with a long finish if held on the tongue. Give this little gem a wine time to breath or
decant it to really enjoy it.
