2011 Deer Creek Vineyards Pinot Gris

This wine is almost a silvery sparkling color with a nose apples, tropical fruit, and esters.  The wine is very light with an apricot flavor, good fruit with a balanced acidic finish.  This is a wonderful wine for hot afternoons outside in shade, a good addition to any summer activity.
