This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, it is a clear and transparent cranberry color. This wine loves to breathe a little before tasting so decanting might help it a lot. The nose shows a smoky quality, clove, raspberry fruit and a citrus, lemon acetone nose. The mouth shows a medium body with good texture on the middle palate and very slight finish. If this wine had more on middle and the finish it would score higher.
