2008 Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir Dundee Hills

> Lookup on Cellar Tracker

A lovely Dundee Hills garnet shaded wine, clear but not transparent.  The nose is cherry, vanilla, forest floor, floral traces and loam.  The nose will draw you in, fragrant and inviting.  The palate shows a reserved but layered fruit with a complex blend of acid and tannin throughout the middle.  The finish is subtle tannin and acid in perfect balance that is both long and mouth numbing.  A first line wine of remarkable character, the vineyard wine may be incredible.
