This
Cabernet Franc has a very dark ruby color.
The nose starts with a touch barnyard which will fade after airing several
minutes. Then you will get the intense
floral and dark fruit with esters. The
palate shows a big full bodied wine with a great fruit a very structured middle
and tannic finish. We waited to taste
this and it will improve with even more bottle age.
